I fixed my second rear tire flat....rode 50 miles and now when I crack the throttle the motor power cord wraps around axle and disconnects...you mentioned a washer that stops motor from spinning...not the axle dropout teardrop washer.......help....did I forget to reinstall???

It sounds like you may be missing a critical component that prevents the motor from spinning and causing the power cord to wrap around the axle. Typically, there should be a washer or a torque arm on the axle that keeps the motor in place.
Double-check your bike's manual or the motor installation instructions to ensure you've correctly reinstalled all necessary components. If you're uncertain, it's a good idea to consult our website 24 hours service

How often do you suggest us to do this? You said that it looked fine in 3000 mile.

I wouldn’t worry about this until maybe 6000 miles or so. I only did it as a request to show how to replace a motor. I did not need a motor so I greased the gears since I had the motor off.

Great video. What tires are you running? Those look like they will last a while. How about your spokes? Are they staying tight? We recently purchased a cruiser pro snd an ocelot pro for the wife. Super fun bikes. How is your battery holding up? Thanks for the info.
