I'm not going to tell you to enjoy the Angels. But a fan who continues to watch over the team even when it's going through hardships and a fan who stays halos only when the team is winning are two completely different things.
And I can say for certain that among the games up until this April, there were definitely some that we could have won if Ohtani had been there. People who have insisted that “the team is stronger without Shohei”are angry that things aren't going their way, and are now abandoning the Angels themselves.
So you guys aren't fans. You are just babies who won't stop crying.
If you want to hate the current situation, hate Moreno. Trout shouldn't be insulted.
only 26 games into the season. by august halos will place at least 3rd and will challenge for division lead in spectember, just you wait
I love Mike Trout as much as the next guy, but I'm sick of all the poor trout comments. The only people spamming poor Trout aren't true fans watching every game. Trout is not a clutch hitter and has failed multiple times this season already in situations where he can make a difference. He has so many solo home runs and so few RBIs not because he hasn't had opportunities, but because he only gets big hits in low pressure situations, and not in situations where the game is on the line and he can make a difference.
Exactly bro … I’m the biggest Angels fan and definitely the biggest Mike trout fan … and Trouty has never been clutch man in the big moments … people talking about trout has only 12 rbis with 10 home runs , the Angels aren’t getting on base for him … like no it’s not that .. we are getting on base , he just doesn’t come through for us ever in the big moments when we really need him … trout has had so many opportunities already this season to help us so many times drive in runs and all he does it strike out in those situations
I think the argument is more nuanced than that. I've always have been wary of the "clutch" label, when so much more goes into a player's contribution.

He's not poor and it's only a wasted career to you (us) who wanted to see him succeed on a winning team. He's had an amazing career so far and he has many years ahead, so let's hope for the best as we should for everyone who is trying to accomplish their goals.
