People can’t do it yet. They do turn their heart off. But I get it and that is why we have to self evaluate ourselves not others. It’s our responsibility to know Jesus and become like HIM!!! I am still working on hearing his voice. I have been asking him to hear him. I am reading the Bible, doing Bible study, attending church, and praying for 6 months, yet I don't hear him? Help??
