I pray my grandfather is looking upon me because he always worried about me when he was here, when he would not be here on this earth for me. He was not only a grandfather, he was a father to me and loved me as his own. He would always say I was his number one.and he meant it. I miss him, his guidance, his support, his wisdom, praying together,. He was so proud of me when I sang in the choir, at the Knights of Columbus ceremonies, I was with him until the last. He always wanted e to stay in the church and I have done this, Still singing the Mass in latin in the choir since we are Catholic. I watch your sermons and read your books. My favorite Book is "3 Minute Mornings". I use it over and over again to begin my prayers to God. Thank you Joel for writing this book to pray in the morning and start the Day the Blessed way.

Amen. Heroes of faith. I didn't think anyone in my family was in faith.. then, after I got baptised, my mum told me how my grandad went to church and prayed for his family. Now 60 years on I'm the one sharing the love and faith over my family ❤❤
This has made me smile, I was the bread winner for my family for a long time, a responsibility I took up as a teenager, sacrificing my journalism dream so that my sister goes through high school. When she completed, I decided to join university, but it wasn't easy given my responsibilities, as a result, I lost my dad in 2022 because I couldn't afford his medication anymore and at the same time pay mine and my sisters tuition. Last year in December I graduated with a first class degree but instead of celebrating, I cried the entire day while my course mates danced in the pavilion. I couldn't help but feel guilty of how selfish I was. Hearing this gives me some relief, dear dad in heaven, I hope you're smiling and cheering down on me as I continue to pursue my dreams. I love and miss you so much❤
5/27/24 My sweet mother just passed away, born 8/05/53 God and her came to an agreement. I’ll miss her presence but know God has an Angel in the clouds cheering 📣 her family she built. God bless all of us who have lost a love one. 🙏🏼

I’ve watched many of Ps. Joel’s sermons and they’ve all always fed me. This one has FOREVER changed me and is my absolute favorite. It broke me down to the core when I first heard it and has once again radically changed my life in all the most beautiful ways. The heroes of faith, the generations of family and loved ones, I feel them, I hear them. And I find that confirmation every day as I walk with God. It broke me down to the core when I first heard it and has once again radically changed my life in all the most beautiful ways. The heroes of faith, the generations of family and loved ones, I feel them, I hear them. And I find that confirmation every day as I walk with God. I told him “God I’ll make you proud- ALL of you.” And as audibly as anything else- I heard a clear “I AM proud- WE are SO proud of you.” A hot, bawling mess I am, but I can’t tell you how much I needed that. 🥺😭❤️ just in awe. It’s but a rough time but I cannot tell you the countless miracles I’ve encountered in these past few weeks and the level of trust and strength I’ve been graced with to walk with Abba in that. I’m humbled beyond words
I heard my grandmother and other relatives and saw them in a cloud screaming for me to get out of my last long term relationship saying it was a trap before then I didn't think they were privy. They were shouting my name over and over again. All glory, praise and thanks to God for all things❤
