Buckets of Hope for Christel House SA students 2024

Make a meaningful difference this holiday season by sponsoring a Bucket of Hope for the families of Christel House South Africa. Our students come from some of Cape Town's most under-resourced communities, and admission to our school is based on significant financial need. Throughout the school year, we ensure our learners receive nutritious meals and snacks but the long December break presents a real challenge for many families facing food insecurity.
You can help make this holiday season a little brighter by supporting our Buckets of Hope campaign. With each R350 donation, you’re sponsoring a Bucket of Hope filled with essential non-perishable foods and special treats to help fill tummies during the break. Our goal is to provide 1,000 Buckets of Hope by December 10. Buckets will go to our current students, the incoming Grade 8 students joining us in 2025 as part of our expansion, and we will keep the rest for our most needy families who struggle over the cold June holidays.
