Sounds like a great year! Some of my favorites this year were the Sahib Shihab RSD limited release, and a couple of thrift store gems I dug up - Roberta Flack's debut album First Take, and Randy Travis' Old 8 x 10. My big grail find this year was a 1974 Japanese import of McCoy Tyner's Nights of Ballads & Blues, one of my favorite jazz albums. For 2025, however, my vinyl resolution is to focus on the metal! I've been listening to a ton of 80s metal the past couple of months, and it's an area of my collection that is sorely lacking. I'm determined to fix that in 2025 even if I have to go for quality over quantity.
It was a good year Tim. Sounds like you’ve had a pretty good year too! I’ve been trying to go for quality over quantity lately and I’m happy I have! Good goal!
Agree with Benatar album, I only would need a greatest hits. Nice eclectic group of records you found this year Kendall
Thanks Steve!
nice finds.. love those Tesla and Skid Row lps. I probably should stream some weird AL.. i haven't heard him in years.
@@VinylPiper thanks! I’ve been a Weird Al fan since I was a kid. Never gets old to me
