Mukhang mabilis mabibili ito, nicely done, simple colors lang but it works and no wasted space. Btw Marty, yung ceramic tile sa kitchen area is called "back splash" 😊

this house is ok.but mostly here in mla.used gasrange coz of electricity cost.but i like the house not too small or big,has space to put vase plants like herbs,tomatoe,peppervines idk how much for d home associations?nice presentation.sir more details pls.so someone interested knows how 2budget all d cost buying property.hv a happy day🌹
Nice except tight kitchen where is provision for the ref? If you don’t like the counter top where will be the stove oven ?Redundancy entrance of the haus and sliding door. Maximize the space of the haus. Why is there a aluminum screen door sa entrance? Maganda na yun door to show its beauty Pero nilagyan ng screen door (spoiler) .

I got a little confused with the term: 50% DP 50% Cash. Isnt it redundant?
