Found this at 444 views and gave it 44th like :p your videos are always cool to watch pregnant or not.. I always learn things that i keep as fun facts for later when i will be prego ❤️
Can you do a video on how to handle your period after giving birth? Like the changes that happen and how to feel better? I’m nervous cuz everyone says the periods are worse after having children
I think being cautious of ingredients is important. Knowing where our food is coming from is also important. It's interesting how the same foods are also beneficial for pregnancy; although, I'm personally not a fan of organ meat and prefer to avoid it. 😅
Hey Bridget, I’m pregnant with my 6th. But this time, I’d like to go natural without an epidural. All my other births have been vaginal. I love your videos and lately, I’ve been looking into getting a doula. I need to make up my mind fast. I have two that I can use. There is a price difference of $550! The main reason is that the more expensive one has over 15 years of experience and over 200 births. My husband is convinced that with our midwife and him being there to support me, that we don’t need a doula. I know you are a doula, but how do you feel about it? I know that a doula can be a great addition, but are they really needed for a successful natural birth? Thank you so much ❤
Hi,Bridget. I am from Iraq,You are amazing woman and mom,I really loved you so much, thank you for the information. you are great and gorgeous woman. thank you.
You helped me to have an amazing unmedicated vbac with my second child and now I'm preparing for my third. I tore up towards my urethra this last time and was wondering if there are any tips or tricks to help avoid that. THANK YOU!!!
Hello!! I love watching ur videos I just learn so much on my 2nd round pregnancy and I think I did so much better!! Thanks 🥰. Can u plzz talk about medicine and breastfeeding? Y we can’t take some medicine? Is it affected the milk and the baby? 😊
Hi Bridget, I recently discovered your channel and your are just awesome. I have been watching most of your videos as I am in my third trimester with high risk pregnancy due to large fibroid outside my uterus. Is it still possible to have normal delivery or I would have to have C_Section only. Please advise.
Hey do you know which one should be taken? I'd be taking a regular prenatal as well and do you take them everyday or just once a week like she was kind of talking about in the video. Not sure where to start. Just in the preconception stage now.
Fertility is 50 from the woman and 50 from the man, so what happens when my husband is addicted to eating out and processed foods? Seed oils and sugar are THE WORST!! :/
Honestly people say don’t eat this eat that if u want to get pregnant while i eat microwave banquet sausage and get pregnant every time me and my husband hug
LOL. Tuna in a can is not processed. Yes our ancestors ate organs but they also ate homemade wheat bread 100+ years ago so if you are going to cherry pick with organ meat I’ll do the same with wheat bread. Wheat and gluten are not the problem. Italians make fresh pasta with flour and eggs. So saying it’s a processed food is hilarious. Actually the diet that has the most science behind fertility is the Mediterranean diet. It’s low in red and organ meat (like once a month) high in veggies grains fruit and beans etc. chicken fish eggs and veggie sources and your protein
Canning is a form of processing... so is grinding, soaking, baking etc... not all of our ancestors ate bread and bread from 100+ years ago is alot different than bread now. Bread is a survival food, it's not nutritious. Plus the steel mill was recently invented then that changed the bread making process into a way more refined product that has a different effect on metabolism.
Calling processed foods “fake foods” is really negative and it is very restrictive and unrealistic to suggest people cut all those foods out. Where is the part of this video where we acknowledge it’s ok to eat foods that are less nutritious once and a while? Food isn’t just about the nutrients we also need those treats sometimes to feel satisfied and happy with our diets. Abbey Sharp is a registered dietitian and RUclipsr her videos are very helpful and realistic. I wish this video had more ideas about how to add the specific ingredients you mentioned into meals instead of starting the video by saying don’t eat any of this huge list of foods. Maybe we could see a follow up video where we take less nutrient rich food and get more nutrients in there? Ex. Macaroni and cheese and we add some leafy greens?
100% this is unrealistic. And of course she said “gluten free grains” she said our ancestors ate organ meats blah blah blah but also our ancestors also ate homemade breads with wheat. So it’s hypocritical and cherry picking.
They are fake foods though, and not healthy. If there’s any time to be restrictive it’s when you’re growing a life. It’s not a long time to keep yourself in check. We don’t need those foods to be satisfied or happy, quite the opposite. We don’t realize how addicted we are to those things and how bad having them on a somewhat regular basis is. Respectfully, abbey sharp has no clue what she’s talking about and feeds her child things they shouldn’t have. Eating this way is redundant if you’re eating all these processed foods and things with oil, that block the nutrients from really getting into your cells. Food is energy. Think: is this powering and supporting my body, or is this just a pleasure food? We don’t need to find fleeting happiness out of food when there’s so many other things we can do that are more sustainable for our mental health.
Recently I did a smoothie diet and the smoothies were loaded with fruits and greens, and big enough to keep you full through the day. Snacks if wanted are things like fresh fruit, veggies, hummus, healthy fats. I wasn’t actually hungry the entire time because I was consuming high nutrients that we need, but I still wanted fast food or snacks that I shouldn’t. It’s because of addiction and the relation of pleasure with those foods. Not because I needed them for any reason. It’s mental and this is totally doable if you have the right motivation and put effort into preparing snacks and meals for yourself. The hardest part is $$
I agree with her that shit is not good for you if it’s not in it’s origin form stay away or heavily research what you eat and you’ll be shocked what you find
Raw carrots ,sweet potatoes, salmon ,berries, leafy green leaves eggs,
God bless this woman. She is so positive, so helpful, so informative. What a source of guidance to women online. Thank you so much!

Not pregnant, or even trying, but I think that we should always eat like we are or like we are trying.
This woman knows her stuff!

Where is she from?? I want her as my DR!!
would you consider juicing a good thing for fertility?
I use water enemas, herbal enemas, oil enemas, essential oil suppositories, fertility diet, yoga, pilates, yogalates for fertility.

Those heart & soul supplements are no joke, I feel entirely different and my CHRONIC gastro issue is completely gone. Cannot recommend more

If you say that organs like liver should not be had daily then why have that organ supplement daily?

💯 agree. I'm on ketogenic diet and is a real high nutritious diet or even a way of eating thorough life. Thank you 💖
Keto is horrible. You’re forcing your body to run on fat when your cells and brain needs healthy carbs. No girl

Take a look at Dr. Ekberg or Dr. Ken Berry 🫐🫐
@@Almondamande Dr Ekburg is a Chiropractor not MD who says raw milk is safe. Thats not true. I trust my own personal dietitian MD and ND
Red meat once a month? 😃 good luck
