The saddest thing isn't the video. It's reading the comments and finding all these different people around the world venting to strangers because they are to afriad to the ones they love. That is the saddest.
We vent to strangers because family and friends are tired of hearing about our pain. I am told to chill out, let it go, move on, you're too uptight or you worry too much. My mom once told me I call her too much. This is why we vent to strangers.

Sometimes I feel like I'm drowning and falling into a huge black hole with nothing but black... People tell me are you ok or what's wrong. I tell them I'm fine or nothing.. Nothings wrong with me.. When I feel pain and lonely and stress. I feel like nobody is around me and nobody loves me. I feel like I have nothing left but myself! I try to stay happy and try to tell someone but my mind says don't do it.

For me it's like drowning. Like quicksand. The more you struggle, the farther down you slip. Still, healing isn't linear. Somedays are gonna be really shitty but some will be good and those are the ones we have to hold on to. The ones that keep us alive.

I understand the pain of losing a teacher. My year had such an awesome Science teacher always had great convos and had such fun with him but then we started getting Sub teachers and we all were getting worried and then we heard the news he died of cancer and my class were so devastated it was so hard for all of us. I'm so sorry for you loss ! 💔

When I say ,,I'm ok" It means I can handle the pain. But it doesn't mean I can stand it forever- If you see me breaking down, if you see me cry, I decided to do something for myself. I let go of it to help myself- but still you're judging me. I'm sry that I failed at being a strong person, but I can't fight the suffer alone till it ends- cause' it's not ending.

Just failed my 11th grade a few weeks back. It hurts so bad to think of myself as an actual failure especially since I come from a typical Indian family with genius siblings. Just don't know what to do with my life anymore tbh. I used to be one of the top scoring kids but apparently trauma and bad mental health can change that LOL.

whenever my friends are upset I talk to them and I make them feel better. One day one of them came up to me and said “how do you know just what to say to someone to make them feel better?” And I said “I just say what I wish someone would have said to me when I was in my darkest time” and smiled. (This is a true story from my experience🙃)
Everytime I am sad, or broken, I come straight here, it helps I think it does, because their are people who can help me cry and be sad in the videos
