Just thought about this too but besides all the D and Yellow interactions we’ve gotten lately it’s also possible that Blue battalion relayed some information about D when he returned to the fortress and maybe someone heard him tell them to hang tight
My personal opinion is that S was always supposed to be the tarrget, but I also think Yellow knows about D. In chapter 135, Yellow appears to be taunting Dbiki with his Divine Tool, and comments as they part that "maybe he didn't need to bring it after all." It seems like he knows D's secret and is just choosing to play along to see how he reacts. With this in mind, I think as he sees things unfolding, with D on the field, things are just turning out better than he could've hoped
I think Hisui might have understood that the neo ranger is not human? "Wait, you´re" ... was maybe just her realization that it is one of the monsters, since they used the portal in battle? She might know the real identity of the neo ranger. Also, I did not see anyone mentioning it in no video - but in chapter 143, right on the first page, Tokita seems to be passing Sakurama in the hospital where Sesera is? There is a person from behind, having the same coat as Sakurama... Tokita passes the person and turns around to check..., but the small dragon stops him from interacting, calling him into the banquet instead. So Sakurama might be using Runa´s portals to be able to move around freely... maybe even stealing stuff and getting materials for their own divine tools. And using it also to check on Sesera at the hospital... ?
Looking at the portal and making the realization over looking into the portal and seeing Sakurama definitely makes more sense lol. I did point that out about Sakurama and Tokita though in my 143 review! That's definitely a possibility for using her portals though because where they're getting divine tools is definitely a huge question right now.

@HP-ip5ow yeah that tool is definitely bugged. Yellows wouldn't let D out of his sight for even a second. He is an irregularity in his expirement
