I make this cake as well but in a square shape and I buy caramel that is made for Trilece cake which is very popular in Albania but you can also buy it in other countries on the Balkan. I believe you’re from Europe so maybe you can find it and try it that way is really delicious. 😊

Hahahaha tried this out, turned out even better than I imagined. Had some trouble with separating the yolks and whites so got a bit of yolk in the whites which is why I think they didn't rise properly. Got any tips?

In middle east we add to the milk saffron and i tried once to use coconut milk with condensed milk and i added mangos on the top it was amazing
