I had to watch 10 videos just to figure out if this little light was going to be bright enough for my needs. You finally nailed it for me! Thank you very much for clearly, concisely presenting the info I needed to make my purchase decision. Keep up the great work!
Awesome, Awesome review. Love how you just played with it and threw in extreme examples, the parking lot scene sold me on it. A lot of people talk about the technicals and only use it under perfect conditions which are seldom the case.
Thank you very much! I love the part with the car. Your attitude visibly changed from being in front of the camera as host to being in the "zone" and having fun looking for new ways of using the light. I felt your passion through the screen and I loved it. Subbed 😁
I’m happy to hear this, thank you 🤗🙏
Thanks a lot for providing information on the power output and camera exposure which is something many reviews fail to disclose!
A quality video as always! I actually plan to buy something from Nanlite in 2021. Cheers Alex!
Thanks a lot, so happy to hear this! Let me know when you do so I can squeeze in a little bit of discount 🤘🤘
Ive used this light once but it was a while ago, now that im considering buying it, it was nice to take another look at at. Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for telling us it comes with a strap
Alejandro! Gracias por el video amigo!! Saludos de Miami
Love the 60b. So compact but still pretty powerful!
Just saw your video... Loved It.. Im A Fan...
KEEP STRONG...
Thanks Alex!!!! 👍
Just bought 2 of these lights with soft box. Really happy about them
Think they will work for a wedding reception?
The softbox system is called quick fold haha. Great video as always 🤘🏽
thanks for the help, I totally forgot while filming.
Thank you for this video. It was very practical! I like how you get to the point and do not fill you video with cheesy RUclips style jokes. Great work.
Awesome walk through, I want two.
I'm blown away by the output of this light! 100% ordering one
brilliant review, thank you for doing this, very helpful.
Good review! Thanks!
This is such a nice review 😻
Actually I have one kit of Forza 60 added to my cart on eBay, but I was wondering dose it have enough power to light in dark conditions. You've just helped me make my decision: buying two Forza 60Bs)) Very helpful review, thanks!
Why did I not see this review before...
Yes, they do have more than enough! I will do a night shooting only with forza 60b very soon so stay tuned 🤘
It's an amazing small but terrible light. Love it!
Best light review ever!!, great 👍job mate!!
Great video! Very informative and hopefully you can show us more on how you are using it in your studio! Thanks a lot!
Love the practical tests
Great video!
"it looks like I'm a cheese" *hits subscribe*
Awesome review that showcased the light very nicely. This could very well be the one I would go for next time. Good job!
A bit off topic, but where did you get that Batman poster?
I’m sold!!!
Great video! I'm looking to buy my first ever light and I came across this one
As it is my first light, I need it to be somewhat "versatile". For example interviews and some brand promo videos. Am I ok buying this one or do you recommend another one?
My budget is around 350 euros
Thanks alot!
Thank you bro, udah tau bro
Great insights
awesome review man!
Damn that thing is amazingly small! I want one now haha.
It has a really good price for what it offers, I think there is a discount sale at www.westbuy.ro
I have the Aputure Amaran 60x, and I thought it would be as powerful as the Nanlite Forza 60x, but seeing your settings, Amaran is like half as strong!!!
Have you compared them both?
"Woof...-..woof...-" 🙂
Have you tried the snood attachment thingy? With the gobos? I’m buying it - ty for this review - so excited!!!
Thanks for the video. This Forza 60B looks incredibly powerful!
I'm thinking about buying lights and I can't decide whether a Forza 300 is really useful or not. Can't a Forza 60B or two Forza 60B be enough to light most scenes? What do you think?
In a very dark environment like shown in this video, this light is very useful. But when you shoot an interview for example, in which you don't want a background window to be blown out, this light might not be strong enough as a key.
Great 👍🏼
Did you use a indi filter in this video?
👍🏼
love your content subbed
Hey Alexandru, great review man. What is the diameter of the Nanlite softbox you used in this review?
What size softbox is this?
What’s that stuff you are powering it off from?
Salut Alexandru!
Hey guys who did win the BMPCC4K? That giveaway was fire!!
Hey, @danielcristea won it! 🤘🤘
In your view, is the Forza 60 a durable, well-built light? Is it something a buyer can count on using for a few years?
So what do you think you gain over the 60 vs the 60b other than the color?
With a light so powerful like this, why did you will need a powerful model? You can use this light as a primary light, right? Btw can um give your opinion about Nanlite vs Aputure?
WHAT BATYTERY UR USING ON THIS LIGHT?????
How will these do during a dark wedding reception?
Can you tell my the type of battery you used for the nanlite please
what is the name of the battery pen?
Nobody :
The car at 14:35 : 25FPS
Yeah, that’s my car 😂🙈
@@AlexDon hahaha nice plate!
Did you test other Nanlite lights? And what about Aputure? I'm hesitating between the Aputure 120d ii, the Amaran 200d and the Nanlite Forza 200! 😆
Not sure if he is a giant of the light is small af
too bad half of the price is probaly for the carrnyg bag
Yet another tone deaf video about lighting gear. What is the point? Your thesis is that this light is brighter than your ambient living room lighting or brighter than a pitch black parking garage? Stunningly pointless.
When you expose for a fixture at a given camera setting and then increase the output by a stop, yes, it will be a stop brighter in camera. And yes when you put an open reflector a meter from your face it will be very bright, but how is that different from any other fixture? Also, the reflector does not make the light more powerful, it simply concentrates all the available lumens into a small area.. when would you light a subject like this? It would be too specular, and when you put this unit in light bank it will have the same output as any fixture with same lumen output.
The Forza light are great, with a ton of great attributes, but the fact that is brighter than the absence of light does not differentiate it from any other brand. A helpful comparison might be between it and another brand both using a similar size light bank, and showing how much smaller the Forza 60 is, and how well it pairs with the dedicated light bank.
If anyone is interested in reviews of lighting gear from someone who understands the equipment, I recommend the "Gaffer and Gear" youtube channel.
