Mind is not a different thing.... Mind is what brain Does... Some things we do consciously... some others unconsciously without acknowledging the consequences...
And most of the time we are in autopilot mode.. which we acquired by years of practice that's why we didn't feel like working, for those things which makes us happy.
What we need is sense of reality, facts based opinions(politics)
What we need to avoid is fictional and story based idea of life and Death.. like God or prayers
