What a lot of people don’t understand also is that body odor doesn’t just come from not washing. Someone can shower twice a day and still have body odor from medical problems (sometimes not involving infections), when people get nervous they start to sweat a lot and give off odor. People who have had constant trauma (physical, emotional, psychological) in their lives experience irregularities in body functions in which the body doesn’t function properly because of elevated stress, adrenaline, constantly being in flight or fight mode, and extreme anxiety. There is a connection to trauma and disruption in body regulation, the body holds on to trauma and it is hard to calm it down and regulate it back to normal. This may sound weird to people but you can do your own research on it.
Another thing that can affect odor is diet, if you smoke and drink heavily, and even simply changing deodorant etc. Even sleeping with men raw and letting them cum in you can throw your ph all off. I remember being in a Facebook group a few years ago. I was ostracized for telling people that when in a relationship my significant other and I got tested every 6 months. He didn't just verbally tell me his status but showed paperwork . Because paperwork can be fake or manipulated I had to be allowed to call his doctor if I needed ( i never did). I just want to clarify, AIDS is not something that happens overnight. Like she said, she was positive for 8-10 YEARS. You can be detectable up to 45 days after exposure. Meaning she most likely had unprotected sex for YEARS and DID NOT get tested!
If you catch HIV early enough and take your meds, you can become undetectable. This is a case of people having unprotected sex and not doing their part to get tested regularly

When i was coming up, we took showers in middle school during gym. If the men and women in the house did not teach you properly how to cleanse your body… you will get a rude awakening from your peers.
As we got older we learn to have an overnight bag or just in case bag with you when traveling, hanging out , you might have partied too much, etc. You should have things on you for your hygiene.
As men and women between the ages 18-30, do NOT EXPECT to find things in the other persons home or bathroom to assist you in those emergency situations.
These days everything can be found online. I am NOT trying to be funny. If you go online, they sell disposable body wipes. Remember hospitals use most things for patients. Think about people that can not move to a bathroom, they have to be bathed where they are.
Purchase EVERY type of wipe. Keep it in one of those fancy designer bags or carryon bags in your trunk. Go to Big Lots or Family Dollar and purchase face towels and towels to keep in that bag in your trunk.
There are just NO EXCUSES these days.

When i taught middle school, i would keep a brush, comb, gel, vaseline, chapstick, breath strips, in a drawer for my students. I never embarrassed them. If he had said that 80% of the women that HE''s dealt with had hygiene issues then that could be believable. The reality is that, yes, there are MANY grown women who do not know how to properly care for themselves down there. Some women were not even taught as girls to wipe from FRONT TO BACK when using the bathroom. Years ago, I had a toy business and I would go into women's homes for parties and sell my products. It got to a point where I found myself educating women on their bodies, some even old enough to be my mother. I just happened to work in the medical field and had been working in GYN for years and have seen and smelled a lot. This is a real conversation that is needed among girls and women, but I think coming from a man like Nick Cannon has many women on defense. And I get it because the ladies are right in saying that a man can throw off a woman's PH. (They told him he's probably the cause of the smell). Our diets also play a role. I talk about this very thing with my child as well as my female students.

PSA: At the age that a young lady reaches puberty (9), parents should teach them to carry a Hygiene Pack. You can get all items from Dollar Tree, wipes, deodorant, travel size toothbrush, mouth wash, toothpaste, q-tips, pads, wash clothe,, etc. Teach your daughters to carry a Hygiene Pack in their Backpack or Purse. If you start early it becomes a habit, than a lifestyle.

Here’s the thing people don’t seem to understand about women and hygiene. Yes some women are just nasty. I’m not talking about those women. Some women have STDs. Not talking about those women either. These are things that for the most part can be resolved. I’m talking about women who do not have an STD and shower and bath daily multiple times if necessary but still have an odor.
The women that have a chronic odor often have that odor because they’re dealing with a man who is chronically dipping in other women and then bringing bacteria back to her throwing off her PH. Another reason women have odor is if the man is a smoker. (or maybe She herself is a smoker). The best way to resolve this issue is to stop sleeping with men who sleep around and cheat on you. Stop smoking if you’re a woman. And don’t have sex with men who smoke. Don’t allow a lot of men inside of your body. The different fluids in her body throws off a woman’s pH.
