5 Feb 2022 - it still works. Thank you so much man, you're a genius! It took a lot of tries to keep him inside. Luring him in was fine. When he does the phase thing and TPs he'd sometimes land outside the poisonous area. I believe he only phases once though so if you're lucky and he's in after re-appearing, you're all good. And like the others here have said, you need to die like in the video so he doesn't TP back while luring. When you die in the pit however, you don't have to lure him back there. He'll stay around the same area.

When I returned to the poison pool area, his HP is half but halfway killing him again, his HP would regenerate. The final time, it started with full HP, managed to get him in the pool while spamming seafood pond (doram), but it still took awhile. Make sure he is standing in the deeper greens (center of the pool rather than sides).
This still works! I just finished it with this technique. Additional pointers: 1. Make sure the poison pit is activated prior to luring kavahir or else your efforts will be wasted. 2. You need to lure him deep inside the poison pit (not just the entrance or even the middle). I used ygg the moment I stepped on the poison so that I can reach the farthest end of the pit. 3. Kavahir will disappear once he is hit by the poison. If you are lucky, he will go back inside with you til his death. If not, chances are you need to repeat the process. 4. Remove Brooke's skills in auto atk slot. 5. Set Brooke to follow you. It took me 15 tries to finish this so don't lose hope. Kudos to you!

It took me 5 hours till finally he re-respawned back to the poison area. Remember it's just a guide the real work still comes from you just try and try.
No it doesn't, I've tried it and he only stay in that poison for phase one. After phase two which is he will disappear and we need to find him and at there he knows how to walk outside the poison pool goddammit 😂😂

Did this today and it worked :) he wouldn’t come back to the poison pit after that one attack so what I did is I spammed pots and ran around in the pit until he died 😅 took many tried though, at least 15.

This method still works but the chance of kavahir returning to the pit after you die is 0.0000001% (jk) you just have to tank him inside if you are unlucky like me. Thanks for this video!
this trick work but i would like to point out that you will have a better chance of him staying inside and die if you lure him in and position your char between him and the entrance way. otherwise, he will mostly teleport out of the poison or walk out and look at you like : "who lure whom? lol"
January 19 2023 and still working, its a bit of luck after you die he relocate himself after taking damage. sometimes out of poison pond i have to try and try like 10x and luckily he just stare at me lying down and didn't flinch. additional tip: eat 6x anti fatal food, don't activate the poison pond yet, activate after u and him got inside then relocate to further back and die.
done of killing kavahir but i got stuck and didnt even open the last chest and its non clickable like its bugged, what should i do? should i reset the whole flr? i tried the trick for decades and its just giving me a bugged in d end, poor me :'(
already try it and work (dec 2022) just tips from me : 1. ensure the poison in poison room is activated 2. you must remember the pathway from kahavir room to poison room to make the luring process smoothly 3. clear the mob in every room before luring kavahir 4. use range attack to lure kavahir, dont hit too many or he will cast aoe attack, use burst skill just once 5. use leap skill (like phantom dancer or gunslinger have) to reach deepest poisoned area 6. kavahir has long cast time and non lethal normal attack, keep calm when lure him or when you switch the lamp 7. when you hit kavahir and he attract to you, just walk casually to lure him and no need to attack him repeatedly 9. when you already in the edge of poisoned area, just wait him attacking you with normal attack not aoe attack, or he will not follow you entering poisoned area 10. even when you failed and he is not entering poisoned area, just revive and go to poisined room again, somehow he is still in poisoned room or nearby area, i guess when i suicide 2nd time (in room with crow) the kavahir will not back or teleport to kavahir room 11. more i failed and repeat lure him again, more easy the process, just be patient and dont be rush
I'm not sure if the suiciding trick inside the poison pit still works, i tried 20x and still couldn't kill Kavahir. Although I finished it by tanking the poison dmg inside the pit instead of dying (with the help of poison resistance cards) I just run around inside the pit until Kavahir dies and it took me only one try for this trick. Still I thank you for this great video bro, keep doing it!
@@millecrepes47 Done the same right now after geting fed up that he always walks out of poison room I just went with Agriope + Myst + Centipede + Stack of Lotus (you can use also Ygg berry, just take whatever you have most of :)) for HP recovery and beaten him 1st try, just kept him in poison run around to dodge his aoe skills and if you do not have self ressurect item or abilty or sight ability have sloted Curious Clues lvl 3 on Brooke (she will autocast 90s lasting sight effect) to disable his instant kill attack in phase 3. Phase 4 he just turns to cloud of bats (while sill being damaged) and you win few secs surviving in that. Animation will play (meanwhille poison will kill you, just to be sure do not click ressurect) and your dead character will still move in it XD Done that with low vitality character using rougly 10 healing items, tougher characters will prolly need even less than that.
edit this works. I forgot i had this comment but basically you need to order the blocks . use the outer blocks to move to the side leave one space then fill the other. Like a black and white pattern. This is because i was experimenting with how the boss teleports. So he doesn't telport elsewhere from the poison. You might have to do a couple of times but be fast when you arivve because he might teleport back

This method really works, you just have to be careful, to activate the poison first before bringing the Kavahir. Just push the boxes and that's it. Thanks even man, I was 2 months without being able to kill him, as LB I only took up half the HP of him.

Doesn't work anymore. He heals from the poison. When you die he teleports around. He might still be in the area but he wont stay in the poison. If he gets caught on the walls then he'll teleport away, sometimes to the boss arena.
No, it worked for me just now, I've tried 7-9x like in the video, and voila! Done 2F Palace of Beauty. Just make sure everything is exactly the same in the video.
2/9/22 - struggling to get him to stop resetting back to the boss room. if Brooke's skill is unequipped, its near impossible to keep him from resetting. I've gotten him once to right before the poison room, where he disappeared to never return. Not even to the boss room. He's one shotting me without even being on the screen (usually on bridges, no danger circles even close). Could be lag issues, but I've got a pretty good connection for most everything else.
Got him to the poison pit twice (died in it), and immediately upon my death, he reset. I was only trying to suicide in the places the vid says to, but I died probably once or twice every room. I'm no where near him and he one shots me or hits me with that DoT that I can't use my full heal items to compensate for. I'll even get popped two or three rooms away from some AOE he sends out at random. Tried MCH but needed something simpler so I went NoGu. I had no issue mechanically kiting him, but he reset constantly and sometimes headed back to my respawn point to attack me. More times than not, no matter how close I died, he'll reset and walk back, get stuck on the one switch room, head back north and then respawn in boss room. Even found him in the room south of the boss room stuck in the air, glitched or I'd otherwise have gotten him that way(keeps refilling to full). This is a mess of a fight and I'm not sure if they ninja nerfed it this morning with the update or if they just made it annoyingly hard to do given how wonky the mechanics are to begin with. I may try some more, but its not worth getting steamed over :P. I just need the relics.

As of now Nov20.2022, Gumagana pa po sya 7 try. Bsta follow na method where you can suicide, and may times na hndi sya papasok ng poison pool or nandun sya sa entrnce nun. Gamit lang kayo ng anti fatal. Para pag dumave na kayo sa pool kaya or may chance nyo pa din malure sa loob. 💯

i've tried couple times and he keep move outside the poison area after I die, so maybe i'll try again next time

Oh. Sorry I dont have video. But i killed sharkey by auto atk and avoiding his skills. Eat 6 anti fatal. And when his life is about 1/4 just burst damage.

lods bat yung akin sa tuwing nag iinvi si Kavahir nakakalabas siya ng poison pit, di na bumabalik. kahit dalhin ko sa deep part ng poison pit same pa din. pa help sana.
Try mo ulit siguro lods. Anti fatal food ka kaya para di ka agad madeds sa poison para makapag stay sya kahit konti bago ka madeds.
