  • Sometimes, it can be difficult to come up with a new idea for Passover using those same ingredients. That's why Yussi is making traditional new again with this veal roast. It's cooked in a sautéed vegetable and wine sauce, which is then blended into a creamy gravy. Serve it alongside mashed potatoes and gribenes, and it'll feel like a Seder at Bubby's house!

Can't use fresh parsley? Learn bedikas tolaim. There's no chametz on fresh green herbs. Parsley was used for karpas for years

Why does everyone on this channel always tastes the food with no bracha.
This is a way to make a kiddish Hashem, and teach people that may not be frum, and are watching
    this cooking channel.
Everything looks amazing, the whole smaltz thing is not very healthy.
Thank you so much for sharing.
    Have a Kosher Freilichen Pesach.

Maybe he washed his hands and made "Hamotsi Lechem" before that and then he is
?patur, except for the Beracha of the wine, and maybe he have been blessed sheahkol before.

Schmaltz is a lot better for you than margarine and vegetable oil.

How is veal kosher? I don't get it. The baby cows are restricted from movement so their meat is tender. I can't/won't eat veal because of that.

what does restriction have to due with kosher, but just answer ur question, this veal he was using was not milk white veal, it was red, after cooking it was like beige, this is not a restricted veal., no animal was harmed

a blush-chablis wine will add zero flavor to anything
it is both bland and without any flavor
