This song is from 2015, only two years after their debut in 1913. The only time they lip sync is during their MVs. They never lip sync during live performances even when they have intense choreo. They are the kings of live performance and sing while running on treadmills for breath control training.
I love this song so much i cosplayed as Jimin from this MV and did the Dope dance at a local comic con near me and i had fun, people were aslo asking me who I was so I explained to then everything about jimin and BTS. Also i love how Jimin and Jungkook bounced of eachother, with their voices. Jimin in this MV is why i love a man in uniform, i love Jimins voice and i also love his highnotes aswell but his character is the one i love, this is partly the reason Jimin is my ultimate kpop bias. This song is totally Dope (see what i did there lol)
Thank you for the reaction! Dope was released when bts weren't well known yet, but it was a big hit (haha). If you were familiar with kpop at that time, you would have heard this song even if you didn't knew bts! I was becoming an army when it dropped and it was so exciting watching the growth that this song caused for their careers!
Thanks for explaining every scene. I like the one in the elevator it reminds me of detective Conan even what his wearing is so sinichi kudo's inspired. First time to see this mv. I like the colors, it's pleasing to watch. I think if I have to choose, I'll choose this over the latter bts mv. I think this mv is more bts rather than their last works.

I disagree. It is all BTS and part of their growth. The most recent works were created for Army and relate to BTS's journey. It's all in the lyrics.
