Why do humans love nostalgia, why they don't try to find happiness in present or future? I have seen lots of people on reddit and instagram whining about good life in their past ki kya din the woh, ab toh life jhand hai etc

"Happy man has no past while an unhappy man has nothing else." Ab jo bhi kaho bade hote hi zindagi k laude lag jate hain. 10 ghante 5,6 din slave k tarah kaam karo. Aadmi kaise enjoy karega life. So, that is why they feel nostalgic about past. Isliye har insaan uske bachpan k, teenage k ya college k din yaad karta rehta hai jab koi responsibility ka burden nhi tha. Ya jab wo koi trip wagerah par gaya ho. And old age me bhi lagta hai kash fir se life start kar sake. Aaj bhi jabb me jurassic park ka theme sunta hun, nostalgic ho jata hun k kitna sahi time tha.
That's because we have many little and silly problems everytime.
But when we remember past , we only remember big things,and we think we were happy at that time
Actually when we were in school... We had our everyday homework, submission, projects,exams maybe bullying also
But right now you don't remember that all and you can't feel those problems how they felt at that time, you only remember big things and good things
