"Sweaty, woollen, gnarled...'
"Yeah, but she's good with the kids".😂
Better part of 20 years and the writers STILL refuse to give Lee a "good" lie 😂😂😂😂
You do know it's a comedy show right?
@@24magiccarrotYou do know this is just a fun comment, right?
@@24magiccarrot Their four laughing emojis were a tipoff, yes
"Terrain" Lee's wit is unbelievably quick
"How long have you been walking?"
"since I was about 2"
'I think you may be dehydrated now' is brutal 😂
The more ridiculous the lie, the better the comedy . Lee is a genius
Oh come on Wilty! Give poor ol Lee a good lie to work with!
Spoiler alert!
@@popkornflake Probably shouldn't read the comments before watching the video
1 is comment always visible on the app, so yeah it was nicely spoiled, thanks ashraf 👎
One of these days we'll get a ridiculous story that turns out to be true
did you _really_ need to watch the video to know it was a lie? i'm gullible, but christ... @@microwaveoven2
Has Lee even told a truth since the Guinness World Record story?
The chipped pot.
@@glennet9613 Chipped pot was impossible to believe. Specially since Lee is the one telling that story.
The most true sounding story Lee has ever told is him getting invited to the Royal Wedding.
Teletubbies?
Lee's stories are always great.
That was hilarious
About 15 years ago I went up Ben Nevis with my husband and some friends. It was an unusually hot summer day and we ran out of water on the way up (we took loads but it was unusually hot that day). The thirst was bad. On the way down there was a burn (stream) running close to the route we were following. We’re always taught not to drink from a burn in case there’s an animal (most likely a sheep) dead lying in the burn up steam - you can risk really bad food poisoning. My husband filled his water bottle because we were still hours away from any shop or cafe and the thirst was torture. I took only a sip (I was too feart to drink any amount of it in case I got ill). It was the best water I’ve ever had in my life. It was as if it came from heaven. My husband drank a full bottle. That man has guts I tell you. Happy ending- nobody got ill!
Lee’s thinking on the spot on this one was absolutely brilliant. One of the funniest ones I have seen
It's tough because if Lee had actually gone for a walk in Scotland he would've told David and Rob about it.
I mean he didn’t tell them about breaking the darts world record
@@nathanlatham5651 That's true. But in saying that I'm sure there's a bit "acting" involved to keep the show entertaining. A friend was on Big Brother years ago and the stories he told us about how it was edited and manipulated to create drama and entertainment was insane.
Basically, if a show is recorded and edited for tv it has no doubt been manipulated and staged in some way to be more entertaining
@@TheTruthKiwi It has a live studio audience with free tickets, I'm pretty sure if it was over edited someone would have spilled the beans by now.
If you rewatch the darts clip, it’s pretty clear that David already knew and he was just going with his team when guessing it was a lie.
I wonder if this did happen, but he didn't get lost. He made up a story quite quick for it without his usual fluff
Ha ha, it's so obvious when Lee is lying. He ends his last word of the sentence with a type of grimace where he spits the last few consonants out in a forced way. 😂
No matter how well Lee performs, you gotta wonder whether the writers respect anyone who likes the show.
Why have you got to wonder that?
Every time I see that one guy I just crack up at the thought of the bit where he strangled the guy trying to do the trick lol.
What?
@@George_Bland if you watch the full episode, the one guy used to do a trick where he would rip his friends shirt off of him. He went to do it again in the studio and basically strangled the guy lol.
Why did this channel stop uploading episodes?
We've paused in the meantime as we're publishing videos from the latest series, and don't want to over saturate anyone's inbox! Rest assured they'll be back next month.
@@WILTY_TVThank you, I very much appreciate your answer! This is absolutely one of my favorite shows ever, possibly the funniest I’ve seen!
No one has an inbox you fool. These just show up on peoples home pages. Doesn’t matter how many you upload in a day really anymore
Why does Lee always get the worst lies? I am yet to see a Truth from Lee.
The further apart they are, the less funny they become.
yeah, it's weird that, but I think it's true. They are now back close together again so all good.
I disagree this one is funny
You picked the worst video to spread your boundless hate for anything sensible.
We get it, anti-covid measures scare you.
