hi,something is wrong with me,i blew all my dsc's in my neck yrs ago and 3 in my lower back due to my mom has it and i worked manual labor my entire life,well a few yrs back all of a sudden my skin was real stretchy my muscles looked different,now my entire right side of my body the muscles look different,im not weak i still do push ups every day,but its like my tricep just wont stick to the bone it hangs down like bat wings ,i am so depressed,my pain dr,told me to see a neurologist but the ones in my aera have really bad reviews and threat people rude and im not going to put up with it,i noticed tonight my right shoulder is lower loo king than my left,i dont have a peck in my right side either but i do on my left,im scared and really bummed out.what could this be ? no loss of strength ,i do have nerve damage in both arms from my neck,but all this happened super quick i speed walk every day up and down this hill and i sat in the bath tub one day,to warm up,cold outside and it hurt to sit its like i was sitting on bone,oh and for yrs im awaken by pain on my hip bone from sleeping on my side and ive had several different mattresses any of this sound familiar,i was sitting at my computer in shorts and i scratched my thigh and was rubbing it ,it felt weird i pinched the skin and pulled it up and i was like omg what is wrong,its real stretchy like elastic or thin feeling,my veins started showing in my wrist and on my hands too,i havent seen that since i was in my teens.i dont know whats happening and me being a big guy was always my pride,im 6.2 with broad shoulders and big arms,now im just melting away,im super active out side and do push ups daily,but nothing.sorry for the long message i need help

My 7 years Twins kids is suffering from SMA type 2 and 3
But both kids weight is very less
