I just want to wish you good health. I followed the social experiment, K-Day, Hey Kerwin, Unstoppable, and then there was a gap... but life goes on. I didn't question why I started watching less of your content. This interview put a smile on my face as I began to see new content from you. But it carries a more powerful message. I felt like I failed to keep up with something, as if I had the ability or responsibility to be present, but I couldn't. I know that, but that feeling still arose.
Learning from everything that happens to us in a genuine way, looking at what's in front of us with multiple perspectives, has always been something I received from you. You’re an absolute legend, this was such a relatable listen been suffering with long covid since September last year and the severe brain fog and chronic fatigue killed me mentally, and your spot on about the compassion with people with depression you don’t realise until your put in that situation. Hard times make hard men so I’m glad god blessed me with the struggle of long covid cause it’s really helped evolved me perception of empathy. All the best mate, god bless
