Really it just comes down to how successful they have been - without that they wouldnt receive so much hate. They are way down the from the top in terms of net spend over the last half a decade, even the last 7 or so years in the PL. Jealousy from fans abroad that support Liverpool/united/arsenal largely and hate that they havent won as much. In england most people dont support these clubs - the hate towards City is nothing like it is in Australia. And they are the same comments every video it is like name calling in a high school playground.
