How to fix cooked issue in Rocket Leaue
1. Delete epic games launcher's web cache
2. Delete rocket league's cache
3. Verify rocket league in the epic game's launcher
4. Update your driver in control panel

Go to epic launcher settings, find game at very bottom, check additional comman line arguments, enter -d3d11 or -dx11
