They did the same thing last year, I believe, with the frankenkitty. You could buy bundles of tokens on the premium shop for money, or you could go to Claws N' Paws and buy them for 50 sapps. If it comes to the ghost bat, I have one because I was curious. Well... The pet isn't the best. It only has two colors and no unique patterns to choose from. The eyes have a visual glitch where they flash white at certain angles. Wouldn't recommend. It was clearly rushed. I think more attention was put into the frankenbunnies. I think they should've maybe waited and release the Ghost bat as a normal pet for November, giving them a little bit more time to polish it.
@greenthing8943 real it's the Brazil currency, 1 dollar costs us 5 in our currency, so 3.99 would be 20, witch's a lot for just one single pet and definitely that's even more expensive keeping in mind the fact that our currency is that low compared to dollars , that's really insane.

Imo the best bundle is definitely the corrupted token, it's concept it's cool and you can get any animal in the game, that's really worth it when some of these animals are only obtainable by other bundles or animal tokens, it really may be a good deal to someone who doesn't own an old animal that's out of shop for a long time.

I think the night of the phantoms bundle is at a decent price. It might be a bit better if it were like 9.99 but I'm gonna say it's a better price than stuff like the corruption tokens or pet bat bundle. You can also get the bundle for 1,031 sapphires, so I feel like it's the best October bundle so far. 😊
I grew up playing this game, since AJ classic. AJ classic has always been “pay to play” in a sense i guess, but when ajpw (or animal jam) came out it seemed wayyy more kinder to its players. Recently though they’ve seemed to be so much more money hungry. Especially considering the game is targeted towards younger kids, its pretty concerning

I feel like this years Halloween update is just about making money. Like I get wanting to make profit but everything new that was added for this update or anything old from previous updates can only be bought for ridiculous amounts of money

I get they need to make money to keep the game afloat but the fact all the bundles are THIS expensive is just shady in general. Most of the fanbase are little kids that will beg their parents for it and their parents will either say no or reluctantly let them get it. Its just greedy if anything I feel like this stuff would sell more if they kept the prices cheaper. I have some questions about the corrupted animal tokens bc idk how they work: Do you get a random animal with random colours or do you have to replace one of your existing animals? And also it could have been better if the ghost bat was in the skelefox bundle
once you buy it you can place it in your den and click on it to redeem it, once you do you can get pretty much any animal in the game other than unicorns Dino's and dragons but they have the corrupted skin. the animal will be black and the only thing you can change is the colour of the corrupt markings and the eyelashes/eyes but even those are limited to like 5 colours. it's good if there's a certain animal you've always wanted but never got to get but the lack of customisation really sucks imo. I got the hyena and maned wolf, animals I have always wanted but I barely use them because they look so boring with the corrupt skin
