I love this country side, so beautiful. And it's interesting to be going along and seeing how the landscape and scenery changes from the green, grassy meadow, and the trees,...to the rocky and dry landscape with the mountains around. Very awesome! One of my favorites now! Thanks again❤

Recently, you showed us how to go OVER a mountain. This one demonstrated going AROUND a mountain.
3 minutes in, I thought you were going to show us how to ford a river, but instead you went AROUND on the path to the bridge. I am an AROUND kind of guy when I think about it.
Stunning scenery and having sharp video equipment really makes it all pop. This was a good one.
I have noticed the route shown in the upper right usually goes off of my screen. In this one, the "bubble" is half way off to the right at the 15:40 mark before entirely disappearing by 17:20. It comes back as the route returns to the left, but the "bubble" was halfway gone by 28:45, but still slightly visible when you turned around. It just could be my screen, but you get the idea.
I find it interesting how you are able to keep your feet running these trails. Yesterday, I was looking up when I planted my foot on a seam where the sidewalk had a raised lip. Usually I spring right back up, but this took about a dozen seconds to collect myself and return to vertical. My best wreck yet.
Other than a nice bright red mark on my knee to remind me of the event, everything seems to function without pain.
Forget mountain trails. City sidewalks is what you need to watch out for. Those things are dangerous!

I was watching the latest video earlier today and how you started. I was wincing as you went over the rocks.
Got a Covid shot on Saturday. Combined with my Wednesday adventure, my body left me having the slowest session today since I started running 18 months ago.
Not rocks, but I am still tempted to place a wreath on the spot of the mishap. No arguing why I went down there. Before lifting your eyes, make sure the trail right in front does not have any surprises.
With another outdoor run for Monday, it might take me a couple of days to complete this one, but I look forward to some familiar scenery when we get to the paved cross country ski track.

Resultatet blev inga mål = långtråkig match... men glad att både Sverige och Spanien fick med sig 1 poäng var eftersom vi bor halva året på Gran Canaria så det känns mycket bra :-)
