The build is Hydra, Hullbreacher, Trinity, BORK, something else and ionian boots. I take slow resistance boots vs nasus and other strong slow champs, and cadence. LoL dobby has a video on that build. Once the game gets going, you can easily 1v5. Literally 1v5 fight them and win, as long as you hit them all with your dragon form e and q.
