I sell services in the field of portrait illustration and I put an illustration of myself as a profile picture. do you think I should use the original photo or keep using the portrait illustration for the profile picture. If you want some real advice. Don't ask me to suggest a niche for you arbitrarily, go out, do some research and pick the niche that you think suits you best. That's the best way to give yourself the best chance of success!

If the number of impressions is a lot bigger than the clicks, you may think about updating your thumbnail. If the number of clicks stills important compared to impressions, in this case, try to decrease the prices maybe people when they click, they find the price expensive, and try also to update the other gallery images, make sure it's the best samples of your work. Also, don't forget to have a good description that doesn't have grammatical mistakes. Good luck 😊

I disagree. While I agree that most people are probably worth more than $5 for a particular service, when starting a new freelance business for the first time starting with low prices helps speed things up. It helps new freelancers accumulate some early orders that could potentially lead to five star reviews. It also helps new freelancers who might be novice negotiators win deals since negotiating on price won’t be a factor anymore. I’m not saying it’s the only way people should go about pricing their gigs when they just start (everyone should do what they are most comfortable with). However I look at Fiverr like a business, and like any business I would start I know that there are necessary expenses to get it started. I view staring at $5 as a necessary marketing expense

That’s different from seller to seller. Some of my main gigs get 15-30 clicks per day

I've tried abd thought that too. Went and cranked my prices up and immediately fiverr boosted my impressions.
