Emotional is not build by a day, your experience, your surroundings etc is creating your emotional in addition to your jeans. You can fine tune your emotional feeling, however don't try to control and modify the same. Its not good to our health. Like No1 and No 2 is our bodies nature don't try to control them, like emotional is related to our mind and guided by brain basis on our circumstances.
