That's completely incorrect. No mention of the lower bony prominence being a minimum of 0.5 inches and a maximum of 1 inch. To do this you need your fingertips between the wheelchair seating board and the lowest bone and then wiggle your fingertips until you achieve between 0.5 inches and 1 inch. Much better off checking the manufacturers video for the correct calibration of the commission inflation.
