I know he's long been retired but I used to love the way Raul Mondesi would swing at the ball. He would start his swing with his hands about shoulder level and swing slightly with a downward trajectory. Not quite like an ax swing but his hands would gradually drop as he swung, hitting some absolute missles for line drives
Ohtani's power is unbelievable. Power hitting. Power pitching. Mike Trout is considered one of the best of all time in MLB. Even he admitted that he has to take back seat when compared to his teammate Shohei Ohtani.
Who cares how hard they’re hit? Runs aren’t scored based on the strength of the hit. It’s a hit or it’s not and actually harder hit balls may actually mean less runs scored (since the fielder may actually get to the ball faster). This is a stat for guys with small 🍆.
@@ethanmcneal3871Bro, it’s pointless and meaningless to the game. Don’t see how it’s fun or who would even think “Hey, let’s start keeping track of how hard these balls are hit! That’s a good use of people/equipment/time and surely adds to the game!”
its just impressive, you see how the most of these are tanks. I know hitting absolute bombs doesn’t necessarily win games but it’s why we love the game. Don’t tell me whenever you play or practice you don’t feel an ounce of pleasure if you absolutely crush one off the barrel, cause for me that feeling is why I enjoy batting. Im not good its just fun.
Ohtani’s hit, you can always tell how special he is. His form, the sound. Absolutely beautiful. Even more amazing knowing he can throw gas.
I know
The sound on Ohtani’s first clip is unreal. It sounds like a mortar shell coming off his bat.
wild how every hit stanton got this season was in this video.
i’m a yankees fan and this is not cap
he didnt have the hardest tho
Yeah all his hits but there was like seven
Hahaha so true and I’m a yankee fan
More than gallo and hicks combined
Shohei swing is actually the most satisfying, majestic looking swing in the game. So damn smooth man!
What. It’s so violent what are you taking about 😂
Vintage, 2019 Bellinger swing was nice to look at, too.
vladdys swing is textbook. level and smooth all the way through

Once Cruz starts hitting fly balls instead of ground balls he's gonna hit so many home runs
Ohtanis hits just sound so different. Cruz shooting gas off the bat. Was fun to watch. Great video
Stanton, O'Neil and Ohtani, repeated 3 or 4 times! they hit the ball, hard!
i think stanton repeated a little more than 4 times..
and cruz was j slamming grounders
the sound off of Shoheis bat is just phenomenal
cruz will be terrifying if he can get the average up and improve that launch angle, my god !!
It’s crazy how Stanton and Cruz are getting the hardest hits with what looks like 50 percent effort
stantons ripping line drives 400ft it’s crazy
Cruz is gonna have his own video next year
The sound of the ball hitting Ohtani’s bat is perfection 🤌🏼
Pretty sure Schwarber's home run in NLCS game 1 was like 119 mph / 490+ feet, was expecting to see it in here.
It was 488 guy
One of my favorite home runs to see, nobody hits that second deck in San Diego
@@ralph10400 especially not on a line drive like it was, I've never seen a second deck homer on that line
Can’t wait for next years season!! It’s going to be awesome.
Me too
2:55 I would have DFA'd the pirates pitcher on the spot.
New title ohtani cruz and Stanton compilation
Ohtani's power is unbelievable. Power hitting. Power pitching. Mike Trout is considered one of the best of all time in MLB. Even he admitted that he has to take back seat when compared to his teammate Shohei Ohtani.
Good to see how most of these weren’t homeruns…complete swings vs upper cut strikeout swings they are teaching non stop these days.
Am I the only one that saw big papi sitting in the seats on the red Sox one
saw it also
Where’s Oneil Cruz’s 117.9 homer at american family field? The one where the pirates commentator said “That was a howitzer out of here”
Soler needs the Super Smash Bros sound effect when he hits em.
The entire video is of Stanton and O'Neill Crus
I see a pattern here
Alternate title: Vlad, Ohtani, Stanton, and Cruz steal the show
122.4, good lord
Very impressive
Unsurprisingly, this is basically a Stanton hilight reel
Wow Stanton is on this a lot also since everyone else think their first well first
what
Imagine getting hit by one of those 😂
why is there just a random Gleyber Torres hit in here? LOL
Swear I felt some of these swings
you can be hitting .178, but when yo hit the ball 110 and it goes 445...you are a superstar in MLBs world lol
The hardest recorded hits at mostly liners bc the rapsoto thing tracks how long it is in the fov
Awesome
Wow, increíbles hits! Amazing hits 😲
117 mph wow
Good video
Vladdy Guerrero Jr. may be on this I have a feeling
The funny thing about the hardest hit ball was that it was only a single.
We could see some jersey changes
very intresting//
JRod against the Braves hitting 118 home run wasn’t on here? Damn MLB hates the Mariners
6:14 119.1 oppo?
Imagine if Cruz was even half as built as Stanton....
Get me in the vid🥴
I didn't know this was a Stanton and Cruz appreciation video
Giancarlo Stanton got something personal with the ball !! 😳
Me: The ball stole your girlfriend pr something?? 🤔😂
Ok i get it, stanton is strong
And the winner is. . . Oneil Cruz!
☠️🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️☠️🏴☠️☠️
Atlanta should’ve gave up Rosario and kept Soler.. they needed him in the playoffs. And he would’ve produced.
Clearly you're a Yankees fan. Where's Yordan Alvarez???
Ah yes gleybor Torres is gaincarlo stanton
One of these aint like the others
🔥🔥🔥🔥
It's pretty clear who the strongest player in the Show is😅
Might have change the title to "Hardest Hits of Giancarlo Stanton in the 2022 Season"😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yooo

First but these balls are hit hard!

A uhh no it shows raw power which is a desirable attribute to have.
Bro it's just for fun, calm down man
@@omegacroc2928Desirable to you. Not necessary to the game.

Nobody cares about silly analytics
One of, if not the most, useless stats in baseball.
It’s just a bit of fun but you’re right in the grand scheme it really doesn’t matter.
Lol l[lo
First
