Casa Loma is the most overrated place I have visited in the world, I went there yesterday(Sunday 26, 2023) and the first “Issue” is the ticket price, $40 CAD, for that I was expecting something amazing but it’s just an OK place, an old big mansion that needs a lot of maintenance in many areas: the gardens were in bad condition and dirty in some places, also there’s an old car collection that could be great but the cars look abandoned, overall the issue is the price, this not worth more than $15-20CAD and for anyone wondering if it’s worth paying $40 I would advice to avoid Casa Loma and go somewhere else like the Royal Ontario Museum that is 30CAD and is amazing. Just for comparison you can visit the Versailles Chateu for prices starting at 12 euro.
Casa Loma is gorgeous 🤩 the view from the top of the spiral staircase is sure worth the climb. That view of downtown Toronto is fantastic. I also really enjoyed seeing all of the bedrooms, they looked like they were right out of a movie.
So if I get this right, if you want to have nice wedding pictures, you have to plan your wedding in the off-season to have the place to yourself! 😁 I especially love the collection of the old cars in the garage! Wow, amazing, can you imagine riding with one of them? Beautiful gardens as well! Nice you could visit it all inside as well! Have a great day !

I've seen Ontario a few times in some documentaries and it looks like such a wonderfully quaint city with so much culture and history! If I ever head over to that side of the ocean I should most definitely check it out! Wonderful charisma on camera as always!
What a gorgeous Castle!! Oh I like the old cars! The underground tunnels remind me of a fort in Maine and a Castle in Germany. The grounds seem like an amazing place to take a stroll. The interior decor is fantastic, very posh as the Brits would say 😂. I appreciate all the history in this place.

It was gated and locked on the sides. You have to go through the castle to get to this area. You could only see the front outside for free.
My parebts visited Toronto years ago and went to Casa Loma. I;m glad this was a way I could see it for mysself.
