I think this game might have been developed by the same staff at Sega that worked on the arcade version of _Michael Jackson's Moonwalker_ , as the art styles look very similar to me, if not somewhat identical.

this is one of the reasons why 90's kids have strong grapple.., for those of you played this in arcade machine.., you know how torturing when you play this on a not very well condition arcades .. when the joystick jam and you struggle to aim above your head shooting those thugs on apartment windows... 😖😅
Get your city bankrupt simulator. My man, shooting the guys with the guns, all right no problems there. However there are about 50-75 dead kids whose only crime was skateboarding on the sidewalk and their parents are going to sue the city dry. Your parking tickets will pay for their luxurious holidays for decades to come. PS - the synth track, especially at the last level is excellent.
Yea they were awesome, bur I think it's probably because I played console version before the arcade. So the game play was kind of different the arcade was more like shinobi in a sense.
