Hey Caroline..just a piece of advice tip..i learnt it from a youtuber...when you don't want to forget anything while shopping..just have a notepad on your phone when you notice you need to buy anything in your house just note it down..this is just in your daily life...then when you will be shopping..you can just pull out the notepad..this tip has helped me so much..❤️
