It was okay, but I knew something was missing. My daughter then bought the 3-in-one and treatment mask. I used the 3-in-one and the gel together and got the best, most defined wash and go ever. I'm on 3rd day hair and it's still beautiful and moisturized. I❤️it!!!
The flaking was probably from the edge gel if you didn't see anywhere else. I know Mielle organics edge gel does the same but I just use an oil or water before apply it to eliminate that happening
Would you suggest this line for a 5 year old? My daughter is mixed and has Type 4 hair and I'm struggling to find a good product for her hair that doesn't leave it hard or crunchy yet gives her moisture and movement. Any advice you have would be great.

The edge control caused the flaking. That's the only product that I don't like. I love love the vitamins and the grow oil. You have just convinced me to buy the shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner. You're hair looks great. I really hope it works for me.
Flaking may be from the edge gel. I've used ManeChoice products a few times and I keep seeing flaking every time I use that edge gel. I'm amazed that using the gel my hair was still soft no crunch...good stuff

I love The Mane Choice Crystal Orchid Biotin Infused Styling Gel. I wish that they would make it in a 5lbs container. It also contains Avocado Oil & Vitamin E. That is a serious combination for hair growth. I would pay $60.00+ tx on a 5lbs tub. I do Wash & Go's every 4 or 5 days.
Gorgeous! How do you always get your wash n go to be so movable/flexible around the root area? Mine usually has a part but lays stuff and flat an I have body everywhere else but no movement around the root where the part is. Please help I can't find any suggestions on this...Thx
What works for me is getting enough product on the roots and it makes it manageable allowing me movement. Kind of like when you get the roots with a hot comb as opposed to them not being so straight, there a difference in your press. Lol did that make sense? Lol

I just tried most of this line and what really made the difference for me was using the Daily Moisturizing Sealing Cream and then putting the styling gel on top of it. I've never been able to have my curls so defined, non-frizzy, and soft on day 1! I have very very dense hair so putting heavy products on my hair usually helps it out but I'm so happy I tried it that way! You were right about this line being awesome! -- I just wish I didn't have to spend $75 on 5 products =/

I tried doing a wash n go yesterday and it never works for me. my hair is just way to frizzy and I don't like that my roots is always puffy and frizzy and it takes to long to dry. Lovely results tho

The gel will flake if you use too much. I add my oil under the gel and that takes care of my flaking. This gel is life, I love it.

It’s the edge control. Does the same on my hair. I put it on my edges the next day and it flaked. It doesn’t play well with the gel.
My hair doesn't flake using the gel or edge control. I love this line! Everybody has different results.
