Bro, I saved up for a full six months for her and prayed before logging in. I collected all my rewards upon login, decided to use the free roll before my other resources and there she was. Eager to see me, I suppose. Specter has been my favorite operator since the beginning and my devotion paid off. I instamaxxed her immediately. All that's left now is to wait for her skill masteries to finish over these next few days.
