I own this kit. The lid can be removed for toolchest drawers. Also I bought and extra square to square extension and filed one side down just a little so it could fit on my milwaukee 1/4 impact wrench this allows me to use any of these accessories aswell as the gearwrench nut driver kit that has square ends too
Thanks for the video, I can’t really understand who or what this in meant for….I don’t understand the point of the stubby handle if it requires one of the extensions to hold the bits. 🤨 Also I have never been a fan of those flex extensions, I just find them really awkward and difficult to use…maybe it’s just me, but I have just never been a fan of them. Also that “snap on” design where you just have a large hollow chamber in the handle where you basically just drop the bits into without any way of organizing them…..there’s really no other way of putting it other than; Those suck! …I hate those. Its a shame that the supplied bit holder doesn’t secure the bits….that they just fall out like that, I can imagine that getting extremely frustrating when you are working on something and accidentally drop the bit holder so they all fall out and you likely lose some of them
@@htr5372 is it just me or has gearwrench really dropped in quality within the last 10-15 years? ….I had a 3/8” gearwrench ratchet and socket set from around 2006 and I can tell the quality looks much better than these, even the box / case they come in is much nicer plastic than this set
@@htr5372 also to me; this set looks like something that was put together by someone who doesn’t use tools themselves and just threw together whatever they had laying around that looked cool and fit together
