This happened because when the burning paper is put inside the funnel the air inside the funnel is taken by the combustion and creates a low pressure inside the funnel and upper side there is high pressure and that's why the balloon entered into the funnel.
I can do this without fire. Press the balloon from middle and keep the high volume area outside tha flux then move the little area inside the flux. Now we have to exchange the position of high volume area and low volume area using our hands(press the balloon from outer side) now huge area will moved inside the flux now you can release the little area and the balloon will go inside easily.

I think only lowering the pressure inside flask was required i.e. pressure in flask must be less than 1 atm which was achieved only by using up oxygen additionally, I believe CO2 must have escaped the flask is there is heat.
when he put the fire in it, the atmosphere level became down and the tube became totally empty. that's why the bubble got into the tube. from Bangladesh 😊

It is not about oxygen and carbon dioxide. As air warms it ascends, leading to low pressure. And this way atmospheric pressure created
