I want them to allow us to play as the borderlands 1, 2 and pre-sequal characters after completing the game or as DLC for Borderlands 3, as i think alot of people would love a revamp of the past characters with multiple of their own abilities like how FL4K has 3 different abilities, for Zer0 to have his one, a sword type of one and others.
Well, I'm pretty sure they announced this a while ago man lol. Pretty sure they said there will be something about an 8 team vaulter hunter raid. But I dont know. but I really hope so. Would give us more shit to do
@@sumireravenclaw8034 dude raid bosses have always been there, I'm saying this as straight forward as possible. Crawnerax, son of crawmerax, badassasaurus, the list goes on. Trust me they arent just bosses, you kill many things considered simple bosses before these badasses appear.
Ok, thats sounds awesome, but i have a question about level/loot instances. If i play with my buddy online and everyone gets loot, will it be the same? Like the same legendarys? BUT how is this all working, really interested in all the info ☺️
Fectron everyone gets different loot. Nobody will quickly take it in front of you or anything. And players of different levels will acquire gear around their level

Given that weapons now seem more flashy(maybe even more AoE-ish) --I hope the Mayhem mode or whatever is something like the horde mode similar to the scene in BL2 Launch trailer. I would just love to mow down a large group of enemies either like those Hack & Slash games or Horde enemies like Hive, from the Destiny series, that are relatively easy to kill but come in great numbers
@@matttheradartechnician2342 I will have fun playing it I love the borderlands games and I've enjoyed them all borderlands 3 looks like it's gonna me amazing game 😊
Sooo, if the "main missions only will take you 30+ hours" as they said and in play test you completed Pandora in like 2 hours either other planets will be waaay longer than Pandora OR we will be back to Pandora during main story line. My bet is that we will be back on Pandora because Sanctuary III can freely trave to any unlocked planet.
personally i like boss raids in first person shooters, ive played wow and while i like it i dont really like how if i wanna be able to do anything and avoid shit i need to zoom out my camera as much as the game will let me or get an addon that lets me zoom it out even further, in wows case i like having my camera close enough to my character to where its like im playing a third person game like the witcher 3, camera angles like that, im glad you cant and arent forced to zoom your camera out to stupid levels in first person shooters with boss fights
I imagine they could do some sort of "zombie" mode with less ranged attacking enemies and more weaker rushing type enemies that come in groups to really highlight the highrank weapons and skills. Its so much more satisfying getting so much kills continuosly. Thats why COD zombies was so fun for most. The OP style of Borderlands really matches that mechanic of zombies to really be able to experiment with different guns, skills, and strategies. That way it would really feel more like an MMO like RPG rather than the simple shoot-loot thats becoming the trend. If they're aiming for something like Diablo, they should up the scale of number of enemies.
I’m so glad that they are still doing the NVHM, TVHM, and whatever they call UVHM cause I don’t know if I’ll like the Rift mode. I didn’t like the places in Borderlands 2 where you had to fight 5 or more rounds of enemies. I never found them challenging at all. I did bad ass round so many times in Borderlands 3 for magic missle that it just got sooo boring cause it was a challenge and I ended up stop playing borderlands for awhile because of it. I never minded things like that in a game I just hated that they tried to force people to do it to get some special legendary or grenade mod. I never liked horde modes in games. They always just get boring way too fast to me. In thought I didn’t mind Prison of Elders though it definitely needed more to make it better. I didn’t mind that. I just don’t like the endless horde modes that every wave is the same but more enemies and you eventually fight a boss then back to waves of more enemies.
Dang this is pretty big news. I hope that endgame stuff he was talking about is more than just like arenas from the past games, I was never a big fan of those. If we got cool rift style content with random bosses and stuff that would be nuts.
One thing I'd like Borderlands to borrow from Destiny is the ability to make new characters at the previous level cap, maybe at end game or perhaps when dlc/expansions drop, kind of like what was done for the Commander Lilith dlc. This would allow you to try differnt vault hunters. Personally, I want to try Zane, Fl4k, and Moze, but realistically, I've got other games that I want play(Jedi Fallen order, Death Stranding, Gears 5, etc) as well just having a family, I simply don't have the time to really play more than one vault hunter any other way. I dont want to say play with Zane,(my first choice) not like him, but feel stuck with him because I don't have the time to invest another character by going through the campaign multiple times.
@@i360Smasher thank you. It seems like a small thing that they could easily do. They've already got level balancing, loot instancing, better matchmaking and other quality of life change. This is the one that would keep me playing the most, or at least give me an incentive to come back after being gone for a while because I can play new content with a new character so it'll feel like a new game, instead of just more of the same.
I’m so glad I don’t have to play through the game multiple times per character to reach max level end game. It’s my biggest gripe with the series so far. I really hate having to play the game through a total of 18 times in bl2 just to have each class at end game and max level. That’s jus ridiculous imo especially with how big a game bl2 is.
After all the bs borderlands marketing crap in all the different channels finally someone asks good meaningful questions! I guess the whole Diablo thing was hinted. There is a "treasure goblin" that pops up in different missions randomly
The only thing I want is a return or refinement of the balancing from the original game. Slag kind of ruined BL2's endgame for me - when the entire spectrum of difficulty is based around making something mandatory and only a handful of legendaries/gear being viable, the selling point of "being able to play whatever way you choose" falls flat. If there's one thing I hate, it's solo games being aggressively META focused...
Exactly this. I never got into Borderlands 2's endgame because it seems like it forces you to use certain skills and weapons. I don't want to use the Grog Nozzle, Sandhawk and Unkempt Harold, I want to use a Jakobs sniper rifle, but those are almost unusable in the endgame.
@Grym While that's your own opinion and you're entitled to it, I would just like to point out that, for all of your professing to the contrary, you can't find a single BL2 video of characters at level 72 who don't use Slag or the Norfleet. What's the point of playing different characters with different strengths/weaknesses when you just end up having to farm for the same weapons/items on each one of them? Just claiming it isn't hard for you doesn't prove your point.
@Grym Bruh, all I'm saying is: I think there was entirely too much focus placed on Slag and the meta. Borderlands is one of my favorite games; while I did not play _Tales_ I've played every other game in the series. In the first game, I was able to solo Crawmerax with a green Jakobs Masher as Mordecai, but I find myself struggling at certain points throughout BL2 without having to rely on gimmicks or cheating the enemy AI...and that's not fun. I don't understand why you're acting so defensive/superior about a game that's, by and large, a single-player looter shooter. You're not winning any prizes for calling people "losers" and "retards"; when you have to resort to insults you look stupid. And, once again, you failed to understand what I'm saying: I never claimed *YOU* used the Norfleet, you keep claiming I'm wrong without any proof, and that things you feel are correct = also without any proof - aren't your opinions. I will ask you one last time: if none of the other elements were mandatory to beat Borderlands 1, then why is Slag mandatory to beat later playthroughs of BL2? Do you think that the new element of Radiation should be mandatory to beat Borderlands 3? If Slag *DIDN'T* upset the balance of the game, as you claim, then why isn't it returning for BL3?
@Grym Oh, okay. Cool. Guess that I was the one who was misunderstanding you. My apologies for that... Either way, I think that we can all agree that BL3 is going to be the cat's unforsaken roar, as we say in these parts! ;) Just out of curiosity, who do you think your main is going to be for your first playthrough?
It concerns me greatly what he said about people not using headsets as much. I know this is true and it bothers me that people are becoming anti social. Back in 1998 when i was first introduced to online multiplayer the ability to use a headset was paramount. In unreal tournament as a clan operator it was our best tool for winning clan matches, and pratice of course.

Why is the point of aim not centered on the screen
I want them to allow us to play as the borderlands 1, 2 and pre-sequal characters after completing the game or as DLC for Borderlands 3, as i think alot of people would love a revamp of the past characters with multiple of their own abilities like how FL4K has 3 different abilities, for Zer0 to have his one, a sword type of one and others.
You heard it from me first. Strikes and Raids are coming to Borderlands 3👌👌💪
I sure hope so
Screw your destiny slang and raid bosses have always existed.
Not only are they part of the story but require extra effort to even kill them on top of that some give certain loot while also giving you a chance at every other legendary. Trust me they arent just bosses, you kill many things considered simple bosses before these badasses appear.
@@MrDarkknight914 yeah dino wasn't a raid
Ok, thats sounds awesome, but i have a question about level/loot instances. If i play with my buddy online and everyone gets loot, will it be the same? Like the same legendarys? BUT how is this all working, really interested in all the info ☺️
No there was a co-op stream a few days ago with different loot for each player
Fectron everyone gets different loot. Nobody will quickly take it in front of you or anything. And players of different levels will acquire gear around their level
Thank you for the Information. Due to spoilers etc i did not watched any of the streams. Very interessting how everything works Like the campaign progress Option
To fix endgame they could cap normal levels at 72 and then just make it very hard to lvl up, yet still possible, preferably with no lvl cap
Well, you have issues.
Like I said, if they just made it very difficult to lvl up, very few people would have maxed out skill trees
Aren’t “rifts” in the context of borderlands just digistruct peak
Similair but completely differemt my dude
The rift idea seems like repeatable Slaughter Domes- great way to grind for specific loot if tubbies return & it has LLT (Legendary Loot Tinks) as well...
i came from a previous video and its like it carried on lol
So digistruct?
Jeeeeez...this game IS MY ENDGAME
Given that weapons now seem more flashy(maybe even more AoE-ish) --I hope the Mayhem mode or whatever is something like the horde mode similar to the scene in BL2 Launch trailer.
I would just love to mow down a large group of enemies either like those Hack & Slash games or
Horde enemies like Hive, from the Destiny series, that are relatively easy to kill but come in great numbers
B2 already had a horde mode as levels one in the fridge and the other in the natural selection annex.
@@MrDarkknight914 not as much enemies as in the launch trailer. Horde is different from a brawl or arena.
I can't wait for this game gonna play it lots 😊but this gonna sound dumb will it be playable offline cause sometimes i won't have internet so yeah
Its not a stupid question its a good one actually and you can play it offline you can even set it to friends only
Hopefully it decreased yer worries

I want to see a horde mode using all vault hunters and new.
Horde mode would be very fun!
You mean the slaughter house but with unlimited waves basically.
You mean the slaughter house but with unlimited waves basically.
Slaughter house......?
@@daedric5647 its in an area called the fringe in Borderlands 2.
No matter what this game will sky rocket and probually be the most played even if they dont do anything extra
You mean like Dr. Zed’s zombie island
Is Ryan the same guy who talks on OverwatchCentral? Sounds eerily similar.
That's me!
@@BryanCentralYT Eyy, I thought as much! Love your content. Consider me subscribed. :)
I just want raids and raid gear
What are rifts?
I’m just Saiyan non campaign mini dungeons
It seems like gearbox didn't leave many things out
Well good to see the devs are great unlike the excutives
I absolutely agree with you!
You see this one small integration while still keeping their same setup is what we need. we have children asking for strikes and raids smfh.
@@MrDarkknight914 I agree
David Simmons how do you think gearbox should treat Amara post launch going forward to make her more viable?
Ryan: can the game be played solo?
Chris: so yeah, you can join your friends from the menu.
Me: so about that solo play?....
Haha you can solo everything just like past bl games
You're watching them play solo in the background........
@@MIXMASTER6991 Obviously. someone doesnt get what a joke is. Lmao
Didn't they mention something about an 8 vault hunter team Raids?
I’m so glad I don’t have to play through the game multiple times per character to reach max level end game. It’s my biggest gripe with the series so far. I really hate having to play the game through a total of 18 times in bl2 just to have each class at end game and max level. That’s jus ridiculous imo especially with how big a game bl2 is.
If they do rifts like diablo I'm in trouble. Lol I've got over 40 days played in diablo 3. I love it. I enjoy going for the best set pieces.
nooooo, they wouldnt would they? oh i'd love to see rifts!
After all the bs borderlands marketing crap in all the different channels finally someone asks good meaningful questions!
I guess the whole Diablo thing was hinted. There is a "treasure goblin" that pops up in different missions randomly
You mean a loot tink
God damn new generation learn the history before putting your 2 cents the system has always been similar to diablo.
rifts in borderlands 3 ? holy shit man 500hr+ game
I've never played Diablo. Can someone explain what they are?

@@JD_BigBLANKETS ok. Thank you
I think it’d be cool if they added a big raid like destiny but I doubt they would since that’s not something they’re really known for
The only thing I want is a return or refinement of the balancing from the original game.
Either way, I think that we can all agree that BL3 is going to be the cat's unforsaken roar, as we say in these parts! ;)
Just out of curiosity, who do you think your main is going to be for your first playthrough?
Wait a minute I know this voice...
I'm Stylosa

It concerns me greatly what he said about people not using headsets as much. I know this is true and it bothers me that people are becoming anti social. Back in 1998 when i was first introduced to online multiplayer the ability to use a headset was paramount. In unreal tournament as a clan operator it was our best tool for winning clan matches, and pratice of course.
Im antisocial online most of the time because im not trying to get into a heated argument with 30 year old as a 17 year old because he sucks at the game and i cant carry him hard enough... My bad smite is a terrible game lol
