It wasn't on TV, it was a VHS release, about 1995. Vic and Bob were particularly big at the time - series 2 of Smell was on, they released the 'I'm A Believer' single with EMF, and this vid and their 'Viz Top Tips' vid both came out. Plus Shooting Stars was about to launch as well. Happy, happy days.
