I suggest you go with the first save file, the one where you didn't interact with the piano. The piano room is just a secret place, and not necessary for completing any "true ending" nor unlocking secret stuff later on. And the 1st file also has everyone at a higher level, so it's a better pick overall!
*SPOILERS, MERG PLEASE AVOID THIS*
However, to avoid suspicion, the piano is not important in the route you are playing.
Wrong, the piano room is actually very important in the Hikikomori Route. It allows you to fight the SOMETHING bosses after getting the Sheet Music from the Deeper Well, which in turn upon defeating them gives you very powerful skills, also allowing you to access Black Space 2 at any point from your laptop in White Space... So yeah, I'd say it's pretty important.

To be completely honest I didn'treally know the importance of it I just know people really hyped it so I followed along
And here is Sweetheart's boss. World's End Valentine (Boss fight theme) is an absolute banger of a song and maybe the best track in the game (I might like Tee Hee Time more though)
I love the library. It's old and buried, just like the memories inside of it. I wonder why it is so hidden...
Also the Brazil mod takes place here and I can't forget that.
Just a tip, but Flex gives Kel's next attack 2.5x extra dps along with raising his accuracy (To counter the loss of accuracy from Happiness). So Flex is definitely worth using against harder enemies. With that and Run n Gun, Kel's DPS goes through the roof.
I really like your coment. It kinda feels sincere (im not sure if that is the right word, but it feels to me that you are pooring some of the love for this series into this comment. There's this fanfic premise people use to write stories called The Infinite Loops (or sometimes the Eternal Loops I guess) that I use relentlessly for this game.
I like to imagine Undertale as Sunny's very first crossover loop (and as such, the first time there's somebody to give him an explanation why time's repeating or any of the other weirdness.)
That of course makes Flowey that particular somebody- but he doesn't hesitate to screw around with Sunny's head before doing so. XD

I do love Merg's battle strategies, telling everyone to use their strongest attacks and then turning to Hero like 'You're doing great sweetie, just keep going.' Hero seems a tad useless if he's not healing/using items, for now at least, poor guy. XD
Also Capt. Spaceboy could do way better. If Sweetheart's castle is a reflection of herself, he'd be best staying far, far away from her. (Unless that hidden torture room is just there regardless of who owns the castle...)

So, I think I know what the blank names mean
The 1 blank name is "i"-"Sunny".I think its Sunny because of the book that has the 1 blank name and also has all of Sunny's fears (heights,spiders,drowning)and shows that 1 blank name is afraid of them.That further improves that Sunny has a crush on Aubrey in the real world as the first book says that I's head (Sunny's) fell to Aubrey's shoulder (6 blank letters) and in the end it says that he will remember this moment forever.
3 blank name is Kel, of course, 4 blank names are Mari and Hero and 5 blank name is Basil.
Also when you get back to headspace again pls try Aubrey's "Look at Omori" follow up and something new will happen!

I love Merg's slow villan progression from not wanting boss to be sad at the playground, to wanting to fight the authorities. Saying how his enemies dont deserve to be happy. And actively having hero smile at sweetheart in hopes it destroys her confidence.

Was just about to continue my own playthrough of Omori, when I got a notification that Merg posted a new Omori video. So naturally here I am 🍒
Edit: you can just go with the first save. I made the same "mistake" as you did in my first playthrough, and it doesn't make any difference.
I think the single square is supposed to represent Sunny (or in this case, Maxy) because you can technically name yourself anything, including a name with only one letter, so they just put a single square instead.

The whole point of the 1 box (or space) in the the books in the lost library is for the player aka omori aka sunny incase the user changed his name. Also those books are his memories they ended up appearing as books in the lost library because it’s lost. No one would find them there right.
