I didn't think I would like this show. I was totally wrong, it's a wonderful show! I's so lovely how anyone of any age can enjoy it and the hosts are all great. I look forward to the rest of the season 😁
When they were talking about their 20 years of age I was like covid gave me a life lesson of how precious is the time .. And tbh the year 2020 was very peaceful for me , I get to see every seasons changed from the trees and all I kind of missed those time.
Found out Shen Yue is one of the guest commentator in this season so I watched S1 for the content of the show. Enjoyed S1 and proceeded to watch S2 and the cast was even more interesting to watch. Idk if S3’s couples are going to beat S2’s Re Neng and Yingge for me. I even got excited to see them guest in this first episode ❤
I have been following this show since S1 and loved how the casts of all seasons are so genuine and sincere. The way they transforms from being individuals to friends and then some finals as couples, it's simply so sweet and heartwarming and give us some lessons as well. Both seasons had immecable friendship bond and the way they dealt with rejection, denial and confession. That is the beauty of the Chinese dating shows, rather than rivalry they focuses on showing raw emotions and how they overcome them. The panel is doing good at showing the same as well. Korean dating shows are my favs as well but sometimes panels and editing doesn't do the justice to the things that people go through inside the house. So far, I only like the panelists of transit love in Korean dating show for being so relatable and understanding.
It has started already. Finally. I was waiting for this year's season sm and keep checking out their mydramalist profile but the release date wasn't updated until a few weeks back. It's so good to see it again.
It's also interesting that Pu Yixing observed that Qiqi has an internal struggle but doesn't succeed. And Shen Yue said Piko & Zhang Zhang were possible because they have a similarity, but she didn't get to say what that similarity was. And if the dinner dates were paired up according to the boys' picks, things could have been very different, maybe Zheng-Zhang and Zeze-Qiqi could have coupled up from the start
Rewatching this episode, can't help but wonder how things would've turned out if the dinner date partners were paired according to the boys' picks: Zhang Zhang & Zheng Zheng, Zeze & Qiqi, Xiao Ye & Xiao Feng & Xiao Ge.
