Is it possible to extent the composite to above the 1st assayed interval in a drill core. E.g. if you have a narrow gold vein deposit of say 1m, but you know your minimum mining width is 2m, in one particular scenario, you'd like the ore composite to contain 50cm of waste above the vein intercept, the 1m vein intercept and then 50cm from below to result in a 2m composite. Is this possible (this is an overly simplified example). Thanks

interesting and practical, but a bit difficult. IS leapfrog used for alluvial minerals? for alluv gold or diamond?
