Among the various sites of the Castel Frères group, on which we have deployed BandoFix, some required adaptation in terms of space and ergonomics.
For this reason, we have designed this preparation line for empty pallets dedicated to BandoFix.
Our BandoFix innovation, which makes your pallets 100% compatible with automated handling systems, stacker cranes and automated logistics platforms, is adaptable to your existing shrink hooding line.

Indeed, we can integrate a film strand removal station upstream of your hooding machine. But, as with this customer, we can also separate the empty pallet preparation station from the rest of your line, to meet the space and ergonomic challenges of your site. This way, you can store your ready pallets and then use them on your unchanged end of line.
