If Kamen Rider Revice is George creation and gift to the Reiwa era, then Kamen Rider Vail is an embodiement of the Showa Riders and their stories filled with pain and death but nonetheless kept moving forward. The true issue with Kamen Rider Vail was the fact that he never actually moved on, he still raged and fought, being consumed by his inner demon and a desire for vengeance while never actually growing up as an individual. It all changed when he lost his memories of his vengeful and dark past and becoming Genta Igarashi, a loving and goofy father who loved his family and children.
I'll never forgive Toei for scrapping the suit and creating Over Demons with it. Vail was way too awesome to use only once or twice, but you can say that leaves a greater impact.
The problem was Toei got too greedy and decided to add more riders that weren’t necessary, except for George , he deserves it for his love for Kamen rider

I think they did a perfect job then if that's how you feel. Apparently ikki represents reiwa era but his dad represents the showa era, and in that time the very first kamen rider was originally made as a weapon.
The siblings struggled to take out one of these monsters (at first). Vail one shots one of them then just beats the shit out of the other one because he felt like it.
