After watching almost all your content, 2 things remain content. The road rage and hate sunroofs is insane. I love sunroofs but it cracks me up everytime you talk about it. I love your reviews and personality 👌👌
I’ve owned 50 Mercs. I spec them fully. The moment you start looking at the price of things you have missed the point. People who buy these cars have money are looking for a luxury experience. The HUD is really useful with NAV as well as traffic assistance with Speed and radar cruise control. Mercedes Benz make the best cars in the world. Porsche make the best sports cars in the world. You are welcome. 😘
I think it also comes standard with run flat tires as options provide for a collapsible spare or emergency spare @ R7500 and R2800 respectively. Who in their right mind would buy a 4x4 with run flats in South Africa more so as this thing also has low range so is expected to do some off road driving. Unless it’s to assist mounting pavements!
I would say so. I find Merc's usually have what I like to call the 'oaf sounds' ha ha. Like everything is moving inside because it is heavy and oaf-like. But I didn't get that so much in this one.
For me, the fact that the lower half of the door panels are hard plastic doesn't sit well with me especially since it is soft on all of its rivals yet the GLE costs significantly more than them.
2.9-litre 6-cylinder engine!!!!!! Guys, I have lost my mind. And I didn't even pick it up when I watched the edit. My goodness. Thanks for raising it though! DOH!

The head-up display is silly and useless. I have one in my car and always switch it off because it duplicates what is on the dashboard, lol @ license a 100 years ago.
Oh it wasnt just me who heard it i had to look it up to confirm that would be a really tiney 6pot and is it a straight 6 or v6...mmmmm i know but im not gonna say. These are big boats in my opinion i would still have it lol

Looks very dated inside and out. And not entirely convinced that Mercedes is currently (past 10 years) using quality materials as my 2022 C220d rattled and squeaked incessantly so much so that I got rid of the rattletrap.
Imagine a 1.9 6 cylinder... that would have been amazing

Good review I like the variety of vehicles you drive
Agreed, especially when I'm always wearing polarised sunglasses and the HUD disappears.

LOve it. I agree. Head up displays, like sunroofs are just not worth the money.
it also probably has soft close doors.. so it does the work for you

Reliability and finish? Man-made leather, aka vinyl?
Hey Jules, could we be expecting a Volvo Ex30 review soon?
I can’t wait either…
As soon as I can get my hands on one, for sure!
Hi there please do a review of the new Honda elevate

It's better this way. You don't want fancy touchscreens with finger prints
HUD is a gimmick, just something else manufacturers can increase vehicle price on.
