Try adding a synth that repeats and a saxophone stab that keeps repeating that really gives the beat bounce…but amapiano music Is basically house music but with African sounding drums and jazzy chords. So when you sequence it out think about how house music is sequenced out and try that, but it’s also the extended version to the beat which typically be 6-7 minutes and a radio version which is 3-4 minutes. Sorry this is long i just love hearing producers create different music especially amapiano or afrobeat
