The reality...... I'm from a government sponsored school and trust me we have to pay only ₹640 for annual fee every year untill class 10.... We don't need to buy books, text books and notebooks are given to us from school in free of cost, gov. give us ₹1000 per year for school dreas or new school dress untill class 8... We also get scholarships.... Now about other activities... So we have our own gym in school, a play ground ( small but still okay), our PT teacher used to teach us yoga, yes we don't have music or dance classes... But when it's time for any function our respected teachers used to guide us.... Result : about education so yes we don't have friendly teachers, we have teacher like dronacharaya.. Who not only teach us but also guide us in our career who scold us but also love us as their child... We get punished but also get rewards... And you know what so many ex students of our school now have settled in other countries but they were from state gov. School... And about equality... Hey hey we used to sit with a vendor's girl in our left side and MLA 's girl in our right side.. And we all friends...
Great.. the infrastructure of govt schools is worse in Northeast India. (Cz its often neglected) No proper desks , irregular teachers , no proper meals is what we experience in govt schools here. Private institutions are a little better here
