    On point until Peter Ngigi used the term “gentrify” to apparently describe what Daima Springs is “doing to the area.” Hopefully this was from an abundance of personal ignorance and not a Freudian slip because that word literally means physical displacement of the poor by the rich.

      Kenyans use phrases they hear on TV or social media without knowing proper context or meaning. "Woke" is another word

    Always mention plinth area. Thats a deal breaker for me since I dont purchase apts less than 110sqm

      Ksh. 12M purchase…20% down payment. Rental income for owners Ksh. 55,000/m, so any renter can expect to pay anywhere north of that.
