While AffiliateWP doesn't have this exact functionality built-in, you can definitely achieve this by integrating it with a membership plugin.
A popular option for managing paid memberships on WordPress is the Restrict Content Pro plugin (Affiliate link: profitabletools.com/get/restrict-content-pro). These types of plugins allow you to create a membership system with monthly payments and manage access to your content based on membership status.
Here's what you can do:
Install and configure the membership plugin of your choice, setting up monthly payment plans.
Protect access to your affiliate program using the membership plugin's settings.
Integrate AffiliateWP with the membership plugin. Restrict Content Pro has native integration with AffiliateWP, so this should be pretty straightforward.
Once you've set everything up, users will need to pay the monthly fee to access your affiliate program. If they stop paying, they'll automatically lose access to the program as their membership expires.

I guess that depends on what you're looking to accomplish and what you're selling. I wouldn't default to use an affiliate plugin with partners. If they are truly partners you'll want to pay them out of payroll or a quarterly draw.
I run an online local music blog that promotes the local music scene. I sell advertising on my site in the form of banner ads. Mainly my ad sponsors are local bars and restaurants. Some of these ads promote a brands merch. I also want to create an online shop to promote my own brand products as well as the sponsors who offer merch. What would my options be here as far as how to setup my shop and what system to use for the sponsored brand merch. Thanks
Hey Scott, I’m not entirely sure I follow your question as it has lots of parts.
If you want to track people clicking the ads on your site and seeing if they make a purchase, the destination site would need an affiliate program, but ads are rarely done on a conversion basis. Typically you’d charge a cost per click or a cost per 1000 impressions.
If you want to setup a shop to sell merch, you could have an affiliate program to popular bands in the area, so if they refer people to your site they get a slice for each referral.

Sure, you can even have affiliates earn commissions for leads, or at least tie and affiliate to a lead. You’d just use their short code on a form confirmation page.

After the user signs up, you'll be able to manually approve them if you'd like. You can also turn on auto-approval.
Once they're approved, WordPress will create an account for them and email them login info. They will setup a password during their first login.

There are various WordPress plugins and eCommerce platforms that allow you to show your site visitors prices and costs in their local currency when they come to your website. This capability is known as multi-currency.
AffiliateWP allows admins to choose just one currency in the Affiliates → General tab settings. This currency will show in the Affiliate Area for all affiliates. It's currently not possible to show your affiliates their commission earnings in their particular/chosen local currency (AffiliateWP doesn't support multi-currency out of the box). If you'd like to set this up for your site it may be possible with some custom development.
Can I offer to my affiliates a different percentual per product?
Yes, what you want is the "Affiliate Product Rates" add-on that comes with every AffiliateWP license.

i'd like to clarify regarding the affiliate landing page that allow affiliates to earn commission whenever people visit their landing page.
example:
1) e-commerce site: hello.com/shop
2) we create landing page for affiliate abc, 123, and so on
- hello.com/abc; hello.com/123
- each landing page: have woocommerce component from the admin
creation
3) admin assign the landing page,
hello.com/abc to abc
hello.com/123 to 123
4) affiliates abc promote hello.com/abc and people make purchase from that url.
Question is in the admin affiliates overview report, the purchase is not captured under the affiliates.
How to solve this?

Landing Pages that are assigned to affiliates should use the same tracking and show up in your reports.

You can always payout with whatever currency you like, but it would be a manual payout. 99% of companies I'm an affialte for do manual payouts anyway.

I'm using AffiliateWP and their Coupon Tracking feature to offer different discounts on different products. Can we pay out percentage royalties based on the discounted price of the whole order?
Yes, affiliate percentages will be based on the price of the order after any discounts.
Would AffiliateWP work if you have 100+ businesses, and be able to assign affiliates to any number of these specific businesses/campaigns? Could you build a separate business login/dashboard for each business to view only leads from their assigned affiliates, and see their business specific leads?
You would want to install AffiliateWP on each businesses WordPress site.

Sure, how automated the process will be will depend on your sales process. You might have some manual tracking if they don't check out online, but you could track leads through forms with AffiliateWP and when a new customer signs up you'd cross-reference their referring source.

You need to process the payments, but it can be mostly automated depending on how you setup your payouts.

The major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan don't currently support affiliate programs. You'll have to pester the developers to make the integration :)

You didn't show whether AffiliateWP can track sales or not meaning I only want the affiliate to earn the commission if the refferal has purchased from me. Not just page views. Ultimate affiliate pro has this inbuilt.
