- Enjoy the peaceful undersea & underwater views in beautiful 4K UHD. This is a great video to relieve stress and anxiety, help with sleep, meditation, concentration.
I put this video together in sequence of my Galapagos trip. From Gordon Rock, Floreana, Cabo Marshal, Puerto Coca, Darwin, Wolf, Vicente Roca Point, Cape Douglas, Roca Cousins. It was such an epic trip, apologies in advance for some of the low light issues when shooting the schooling hammerheads. Hope you enjoy. Feel free to reach out for tips on trips or for tips on camera settings.

Absolutely Beautiful
Thank you!
We love the colors in your video, the blue on the background, and the turtle's clarity.
And we appear in one scene with our cameras! 😊
Great work. We really enjoy it.
Thanks so much, I appreciate it!!
LINDO! LINDO! 👌😍👏👏👏
Thanks so much
Very nice! Very cool...
Thank you very much!
I'm so glad my wife took note and recommended your channel. I like to relax by watching underwater videos on virtual IMAX-sized screens. You have exceptional color and clarity and your editing was superb. I enjoyed both the close encounters and the wide vistas. Great choices in the music and pacing too. 👏
Thanks so much. Your comment means a lot. I'm second guessing putting out the longer type deep relaxation videos vs. the fast-paced action videos as they seem to get more hits. It means even more as you are watching on a big screen and still enjoying!! I will be putting out videos for French Polynesia with humpbacks in September, Maldives for whale sharks and manta rays in October, Socorro for mantas & sharks in November, and an assortment from Philippines in December/January.
@@johnfreele do it please ..when ever I didn't dive your video will be ' the first choice' for our family to watch. Great video , Great music! I will also share your channel with all of my diver friends.
@@oneworld3719 thanks so much!! I appreciate the support.
Like you said on the boat on a good TV it will be better… It is an awesome video and will be following you to get ideas on where to go for our next dive trip! Karine
Awesome, thank you!
Hi John! I love your video! Can I ask you wich camera do you used? And You did a liveaboard in Galapagos??? Im travelling there next May
Sony A1 with the 28-60mm lens and WACP-C combo.
@@johnfreele Hi John, i'm planning to buy a sony A1 soon. Have you experienced overheating issues while shooting videos?
@caccatone just a few times during action packed dives (like Tiger Beach), and I mainly shoot 4k 60. I have a feeling if I shot more in 4k 120 or 8k 30 it would overheat more often.
If I had to get a camera right now I would get the Nikon Z8 for hybrid shooting. So many video options on that camera, can shoot raw internal as well as 8k 60.
Hello John , Pat here from Germany (we have met at SeaDragons Andaman trip last November 2022) I just finally found your RUclips channel. Wow! Galapagos is totally special and it's still on my to dive list! How strong current during schooling hammerhead? Your film is amazing! Which Liveaboard did you took for this trip? I will be diving in Komodo next month so I hope it should be also good. Take care !!!!
Hi Pat, glad you enjoyed it. The first part of the video was from day trips out of Santa Cruz. For the liveaboard I was on Aqua. The current actually wasn't bad, especially compared to what I'm used to in Komodo. I have some pretty epic trips planned over the next 6 months so stay tuned for more videos. Cheers.
Absolutely love the slo-mo and clarity of the footage. Well edited too. I was also diving there in June this year. You can check my video out if you like, but I much prefer yours. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks so much!!
